GARDENA INTRODUCE TIDYING TOOLS GRIPPER 4IN1 AND GARDEN WASTE BAG POPUP FOR 2024

From fallen fruit, leaves or branches, to waste carried into the garden by strong winds, there's always something to pick up in and around the garden, with the GARDENA Gripper 4in1 gardeners can now tidy up, quicker, easier and more comfortably.

A proven favourite amongst GARDENA customers, this product has been revised and improved with some additional functions that bring real added value. With its ergonomically shaped handle, the gripper fits comfortably in the hand and is easy to operate.

The Gripper 4in1 allows for easy and secure collection of waste or individual fruits. Its upper gripper arm features a metal insert, which effectively removes moss or chewing gum from surfaces. Additionally, small rake attachments can be attached to extend its functionality, simplifying the gathering of leaves or lightweight materials, especially on pavements. The brushes are particularly easy to use if the gripper head is rotated and a different working angle is used as a result. When not in use, they can be stored directly on the handle and are always at hand.

Designed with a pick function, the stainless-steel spike is useful for picking up rotten fruit, for example. The picked-up rubbish can simply be wiped off at the touch of a button on the handle and disposed of cleanly.

With its rotating and lockable handle, the Gripper 4in1 can be used universally for all situations, and is suitable for right- and left-handers.

Alongside this, new for 2024 is the GARDENA Garden Waste Bag PopUp. The bags are available in two sizes, with a capacity of 127 or 220 litres. Due to its rectangular shape, the bag can easily be placed on the ground and gardeners can simply rake leaves or green waste into it without the bag rolling away.

It is equipped with a reinforced, dimensionally stable base so that it stands securely, with no sagging or tearing when carried, and can withstand heavy loads. The bags are height-adjustable, depending on how much material is to be transported. When fully set up, it fits comfortably into any car boot, and the bags have two long and two short carrying handles for convenient transportation and emptying. When the bag is no longer needed it can be folded up and stored to save space.

Like other products from the extensive GARDENA range, the Gripper 4in1 and the Garden Waste Bag PopUp are made from more than 70 percent recycled material. The recycled plastics are obtained from household waste such as foils or packaging that comes from the recycling bin. These are referred to as post-consumer materials.                     ■
