The newly revised range of GARDENA pruning loppers features even more power and sharpness. It includes eight bypass loppers and one set of anvil loppers with different features.

The bypass pruning loppers feature two sharp, precision-ground blades made of high-quality steel, made from an exclusive alloy. They are therefore ideal for clean pruning or trimming of fresh branches. The anvil pruning loppers, on the other hand, have a sharp blade that meets a blunt anvil – this allows for particularly powerful cutting. They are therefore ideal for dry and hard wood as well as for removing dead branches.

New coating for even better cutting performance

The specially developed PowerCoating ensures smoother and sharper blades than previous models. This makes it even easier for the cutting edges to slide through the plant tissue and the plant wounds heal better. In addition, the sharp blades reduce the effort required for every cut. Depending on the model of the pruning loppers, branches up to 42 millimetres or 50 millimetres thick can be cut effortlessly.

In the TeleCut Pro and EnergyCut Pro models, the precision grinding extends over the entire blade and delivers a sharp cut right to the tip.

After cutting, resin and other plant residues should be removed from the loppers. This protects the blades and the smooth coating enables them to be cleaned easily and effortlessly.

Powerful support exactly when it is needed

Thick branches are initially easy to cut. However, when the wood is finally cut through, more power is required. At this moment, the transmission of the EnergyCut models sets in and provides support with the necessary power.

The lightweight aluminium lever arms ensure comfortable handling of the respective models. In addition, the ergonomically designed handles ensure fatigue-free work and the buffer between the handle rods protects the wrists. The lever arms of the TeleCut pruning loppers are telescopic for an increased range. Depending on the desired application, the new GARDENA pruning loppers are available in two different lengths in S and L versions.

After registration, GARDENA grants a warranty of up to 25 years for the mechanical pruning loppers, depending on the model¹.
