The new GARDENA AssistCut secateurs support in this task by providing the necessary extra power whenever it is needed, allowing even the thickest branches to be cut with ease.
Pruning plants in the garden is an integral task for any passionate gardener. It becomes easier to cut off the thicker branches on shrubs and trees by hand, when the secateurs that are used provide additional force.
The new GARDENA AssistCut battery supported secateurs provide powerful assistance, cut after cut. As soon as the tool’s intelligent sensor detects resistance, the integrated motor is switched on and supports with up to five times extra power.
Precise assistance, cut after cutThe perceptible assistance greatly facilitates every cut. Branches up to a diameter of 25 millimetres can be effortlessly trimmed in this way. Thanks to the ergonomic handles, the secateurs are optimally positioned in the hand. The adjustable two step handle opening width makes the AssistCut secateurs the ideal cutting tool for various hand sizes, for right-handed and left-handed users alike, and always ensures simple, effortless cutting.
These bypass secateurs feature precision-ground blades manufactured in Germany using special steel, which allow for accurate cutting results that carefully preserve the rest of the plant, and are especially good for trimming young shoots, fresh wood and green plants. Thanks to the single-hand safety lock, the secateurs can be stored safely after use.
When the battery operation is switched off, the GARDENA AssistCut can be used just like a conventional pair of manual secateurs. The on and off function also ensures a long battery life. The new AssistCut secateurs will be available at retailers from autumn 2022.
