Press releases Watering

Gardening starts with a hose. Whether it’s watering flower beds, cleaning the patio or rinsing muddy boots, it is one of the most-used tools in the garden. For the upcoming gardening season, GARDENA’s new range is taking the effort out of everyday watering. Garden owners can enjoy watering with GARDENA’s newly simplified hose range, alongside a Cleaning Nozzle with built-in water adjustment that lets users easily tailor water flow to the task at hand without returning to the tap.

With increasing periods of drought and heat, the clever use of water is becoming more important. Using rainwater as an alternative to tap water is taking on greater significance for garden irrigation. From the 2027 gardening season, GARDENA is expanding its range with AquaReserve accessories that turn a standard rainwater tank into an irrigation station.

Whether watering a large garden or cleaning a patio, pumping water is a major part of everyday home and garden maintenance. More and more homeowners are using their own water reserves from cisterns not only for garden irrigation, but also for the domestic water supply – such as toilet flushing or washing machines. GARDENA’s new Automatic Home & Garden Pump range ensure water is available wherever needed.
