The new GARDENA BASIC submersible pumps are powerful and reliable. Depending on the application, they are available for clear water and for dirty water.
If you only need a pump a few days a year, you want one that works efficiently and reliably the moment it is needed. There are now three new BASIC submersible pumps from GARDENA for different requirements. They have a 550 W motor, a robust, durable stainless steel pump shaft and remove the water powerfully and quickly with a delivery capacity of up to 20,000 litres of water per hour. Thanks to the float switch, the pumps switch on or off automatically depending on the water level. A plug-in device for the float switch simply switches the pump into continuous operation and thus enables maximum suction power.
Three submersible pumps for every requirementThe new Clear Water Submersible Pump 20000 BASIC from GARDENA is ideal for circulating or pumping out clean water, for example from pools or when groundwater rises. It sucks the water down to a residual water level of one millimetre, which can then be easily wiped up. To start, a minimum water level of just 10 millimetres is required.
If a cistern needs to be cleaned or pond water needs to be pumped out, the new Dirty Water Submersible Pump 20000 BASIC is the ideal choice. It can suck out sediments in the water up to a grit size of 35 millimetres.
The new Clear/Dirty Water Submersible Pump 20000 BASIC can do both: circulating or pumping out clear water to a residual water level of one millimetre and dirty water with an average sediment size up to a maximum of 35 millimetres. This is especially useful if, for example, heavy rainfall causes water to get into a cellar or flood a garage. Depending on the type of water and application, it is possible to quickly switch between flat suction or the dirty water pumping function.
New accessories for the water butt and garden pumpRainwater may be free, but it does not usually fall from the sky at the exact moment it is needed. Collection systems, from the simple water butt to the underground cistern, make rainwater available at any time. The sophisticated accessories now make it easier to remove water from the water butt or cistern.
The new clever GARDENA Tank Connector Push In is suitable for water butts with a wall thickness of two to ten millimetres. It is inserted watertight into the wall of the water butt through a hole and does not need to be held against the inside to form a seal. This also means that it can be inserted into difficult-to-reach tanks. In addition, several water butts can be securely connected to one another.
For the GARDENA garden pumps for irrigation, there are now two new ready-to-connect GARDENA sets with a four metre or seven metre suction hose and a robust suction filter made of stainless steel. The longer suction hose extends the radius of the garden pump and is UV and frost-resistant. This means that water can also be pumped directly from deeper depths, for example from a cistern or a well. Deposits that gather on the bottom of the cistern or well over time can clog the pump’s filter. This can be prevented by connecting an optional float thanks to the new suction filter design. The floating suction system sucks out the water directly below the surface of the water, ensuring that dirt particles are not drawn in.
